Information on the order process:

Ordering through our online store is easy. Just follow the steps below:

You can add the desired items to your shopping cart using the “Add to cart” buttons next to the item.
You can subsequently change the number of items in the shopping cart as follows: Enter the new number in the “Quantity” field. The shop will automatically recalculate the total price.
After you have placed all items in the desired quantity in your shopping cart, click on the “Proceed to checkout” link in the shopping cart.
If you already have a customer account, log in with your user data. Otherwise, create a new account or order as a guest.
Enter your shipping address and select the shipping and payment method.
In the last step of the purchase process, you can leave any comments in the "Comment" field. You will also receive an overview of your order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, a binding order is sent. When paying by direct bank transfer or PayPal, you can access the respective payment provider by clicking the "Buy now" button.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email from us. The email will contain all the information about your order.

Information on calculating the delivery date

In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time stated for the respective article:

If you order several items from us in one order, each of which has different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the entire shipment.

In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
